USCIS has extended its suspension of routine in-person services to help slow the spread of COVID-19. The offices are now expected to remain closed until at least June 4, 2020.  USCIS continues to perform duties that do not involve face-to-face contact with the public. This means that applications that do not require interviews or biometrics appointments will continue to be adjudicated as usual. In fact, we have recently seen some of these applications being processed much faster than their estimated processing times.

We will continue to monitor USCIS processing times and any future office closures to keep our clients informed. In the meantime, we hope you all are staying safe and healthy!
