The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) ended its 17-month COVID testing requirement. Effective June 2022, travelers flying to the U.S. from abroad are no longer required to take a COVID-19 test. Previously all air passengers 2 years or older with a flight departing to the U.S. from a foreign country had to show proof of a negative COVID-19 viral test taken no more than a day before travel.  Importantly, the COVID-19 vaccination requirement for travelers holding temporary status in the U.S. remains in effect.
