First-time H-1B applicants must first obtain an H-1B visa number through a lottery. The government has completed the second round of the H-1B lottery for registrations submitted in March 2021. After making its initial selections in the spring, the government ran a second lottery from any unused visa numbers. It selected applicants from the remaining pool of applications. We have received the second round selections, and we have happily notified all of our selected clients! Though unprecedented, it is possible that additional selections could happen if visas remain unused. More likely, this concludes the H-1B season for the coming year. We are happy to report another successful year. We look forward to getting to work for the upcoming season!
